One of the most notable features of Thai cuisine is the extensive use of natural fruits as well as coconut juice. Employing a variety of cooking techniques to concoct diverse dishes with a sour and spicy palette being a major element in many of the dishes.  Meanwhile Thai cuisine is very particular about the coloring of each individual dish but will not add any food coloring. The dishes are colored using a variety of vegetables to achieve the desired color. A lot of the spice that are used in Thai dishes can only be found in Southeast Asia with some even only readily available in Thailand. We have brought on board chefs from Thailand with many years of culinary experience in order to bring truly authentic and traditional Thai cuisine to Shanghai.
